We can supply caps with custom logos in a variety of styles depending on your requirement. For runners, a lightweight cap with mesh inserts works best. For Event Staff and Race Marshals, a classic embroidered brushed cotton cap looks professional.
Minimum order on printed caps is just 5pcs with discounts starting at 10pcs. Embroidered items need a larger minimum order of 20pcs. Standard leadtime is 2-3 weeks, but we’ll always try and meet your race date if you have a deadline.
Colours:
Cap colours are almost limitless. For bulk production we can even pantone match to your colour and add internal labels.
Size:
Sizing is easy, it's usually one-size fits all.

The embellishment method for Caps really depends on what you want to achieve. Digital transfers work best on performance fabrics, they look sharp wash after wash and don't have the heavy and scratchy feeling associated with embroidery.
